В Киеве налоговика поймали на взятке в 40 тысяч гривен

В одном из районных подразделений налоговой милиции Киева был задержан работник налоговой милиции по подозрению в получении взятки на сумму 40 тысяч гривен от директора столичного предприятия за непривлечение его к ответственности.

Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Государственной налоговой администрации.

Задержание было проведено в результате совместных мероприятий Управления внутренней безопасности Государственной налоговой администрации Украины и СБУ.

В отношении работника налоговой милиции прокуратура возбудила уголовное дело по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного частью 2 статьи 368 Уголовного кодекса Украины, предусматривающей лишение свободы на срок от 5 до 10 лет с лишением права занимать определенные должности или заниматься определенной деятельность сроком до трех лет и конфискацию имущества.
